Every engagement has one accountable lead, a written plan, and a repository where the design lives as code. Changes are pull requests, validated on a digital twin of your fabric before they reach production. You see the same live health portal we do.
We publish our engineer-to-sales ratio because it is the number that predicts how a project will go. Today it is 9 : 1. We update it quarterly.

Discovery
Inventory, dependencies, constraints and risk map collected from the running network. Output: inventory workbook and fixed program scope.
Assessment
Current state measured against the target: capacity, resilience, security posture. Findings ranked by risk and effort.
Design
Target architecture, translation rules and bill of materials — written into the repository you will own.
Twin validation
Candidate configuration applied to a digital twin: predicted state, routes and failures proven before any window is booked.
Build & migrate
Racks, cabling and cutovers in waves with parallel running; rollback tested and rarely used.
Verification
Pre/post checks against baselines and application tests; the next wave starts only when this one is signed off.
Handover
As-builts, runbooks, test results and the repository transferred; your team trained on the pipeline.
