What we do for small offices

Six things, done properly.

Who it is for

Built for the offices around us.

Each kind of office has its own rules and its own software. We have done the setup before, so you get the right network the first time.

Secure client portals and MFA

Accounting and CPA firms

Tax season cannot have a down day, and the FTC Safeguards Rule now requires every tax preparer to have a written information security plan.

  • Secure client portals and MFA
  • Fast, reliable network for QuickBooks, Drake and Lacerte
  • Written Information Security Plan (WISP) help
  • Encrypted backups with tested restores

HIPAA-aligned network segmentation

Pharmacies and clinics

Pharmacy management, e-prescribing and card terminals all share one small network — and HIPAA expects them to be separated and logged.

  • HIPAA-aligned network segmentation
  • PCI separation for payment terminals
  • Reliable connectivity for PioneerRx, Rx30 and e-prescribing
  • Guest Wi-Fi that never touches patient data
What we set up →
Secure remote access for attorneys

Law offices

Client confidentiality is a professional obligation, and insurers and clients now ask how you protect it.

  • Secure remote access for attorneys
  • Practice-management and document systems (Clio, NetDocuments) connected properly
  • Email security against wire fraud and phishing
  • Backups that satisfy retention rules
What we set up →
Wired runs for X-ray and CBCT imaging

Dental and medical practices

Imaging systems, practice software and phones compete for a network nobody designed.

  • Wired runs for X-ray and CBCT imaging
  • HIPAA-aligned Wi-Fi and firewall
  • Phone system that survives an internet outage
  • Vendor coordination with your EHR provider
What we set up →
Email security and multi-factor login everywhere

Real estate and title offices

Wire fraud starts with a compromised mailbox. Closings need secure document exchange and remote signing that just works.

  • Email security and multi-factor login everywhere
  • Secure document exchange
  • Reliable Wi-Fi for closings and clients
  • Remote access for agents

Questions small offices ask

Are you too big for a ten-person office?

No. The same engineers who build datacenter fabrics set up your office — the difference is that a small office takes days, not months, and gets a fixed price. You get a senior engineer, not a trainee.

Do you sell hardware?

We can supply it at cost plus a small handling fee, or you buy it from your preferred vendor and we install it. We are not tied to one brand: Ubiquiti, Meraki, Juniper Mist, Fortinet, SonicWall and Palo Alto are all in daily use.

Will you work after hours?

Yes. Cabling and cutovers happen evenings or weekends so your office never closes for IT work.

Can you take over from our current IT company?

Yes. We document what exists, collect passwords and licences into a vault you own, and switch monitoring over without a gap. Most takeovers finish in a week.

Do you handle HIPAA or the FTC Safeguards Rule?

We design and document the technical controls both expect — segmentation, access control, encryption, logging, backups — and give you the written evidence. Your compliance officer or attorney owns the policy side; we make the network match it.

Where do you work?

Frisco and the rest of Dallas–Fort Worth on site; remote support anywhere in Texas.

Tell us about the office — how many people, what is slow or broken, what you are planning. A senior engineer calls the same business day to set a time.
