Local IT · Small offices

Internet that stays up, phones that ring, offices that connect.

The right fiber or cable service for your address, a backup LTE/5G connection that takes over automatically, business phones that work from the office or a truck, and secure links between your locations — chosen and installed by people who build carrier networks for a living.

What's included

01

ISP selection and ordering

AT&T Fiber, Spectrum Business, Frontier or a dedicated circuit — what is actually available at your address, at the right price, ordered and project-managed.

02

Automatic failover

An LTE/5G backup that takes over in seconds, so card terminals, phones and cloud software keep working.

03

Business phones

Cloud phone systems (RingCentral, Zoom Phone, Microsoft Teams Phone) with desk phones, mobile apps and call routing that fits how you work.

04

Multiple locations

Secure links between offices, a shop and a warehouse — SD-WAN sized for small business, not a datacenter.

05

Field connectivity

Routers and LTE for trucks, job-site trailers and pop-up locations.

06

Monitoring

We see the outage before you do, and we call the carrier so you do not have to.

How an engagement runs

01

Address check

Which carriers serve your building, at what speeds and prices.

02

Recommendation

Primary, backup and phones as one quote.

03

Install

Carrier install coordinated; failover and phones configured the same day.

04

Operate

Monitoring and carrier escalation included on a managed plan.

Questions we get asked

Our internet drops during the day. Is it the ISP?

Usually not — it is the router, the Wi-Fi or the cabling. The site visit finds out which, and the fix is often cheaper than a new circuit.

Can we keep our phone numbers?

Yes. Numbers port to the new phone system; the old lines are cancelled only after the port completes.
